If you don't have ICQ (as in I Seek You) the "Page Me" or "Email Notify Me" buttons will allow you to send me a message that  will pop up and notify me as soon as I'm on line.  If you want to start using ICQ (and I highly recommend using this free communications applet), you can use the download button on the right side of the panel.

On the other hand, if I'm on line and you don't have ICQ, you can use this link to go to the chat application hosted on my site!
